The Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot represent the two grape varieties mainly used for the production of Supertuscans of the Tuscan coast. This blend is the perfect recipe for making this Baby Super Tuscan which is characterized by strength and body. It goes well with special dishes but also plates of cured meats or cheeses and aperitifs.

Tasting: The 2020 vintage shows evident notes of blackberries, blueberries and liquorice and also light minty nuances. A full-bodied wine with well-balanced tannins.
Pairing: it goes well with anything that is red in color, it is the ideal for a happy hour, it is special and surprising paired with Pizza and Mediterranean toppings, cold cuts, finger food and street food

The Field
