The Wine

Tuscan Pinot noir. In the highest vineyards of Casa di Sala Estate in Panzano in Chianti, Ambrogio
and Giovanni Folonari have been growing Pinot Nero grapes since the mid-1980s. Here Black was born, in a pedo- climatic environment particularly suited to the cultivation of this vine in name of the Chianti area. Tasting: The 2018 vintage reveals aromas of dried blackberry, walnut and wild strawberries on the nose. Tasty and concentrated, this a full-bodied wine with long finish.
Pairing: excellent if paired with haute cuisine special dishes or it can simply be enjoyed with friends.
